- _ My Dream, My Future _ -

There's no harm in dreaming. Ev'ryone has his or her own dreams.

Dream is just a simple word that may some people just think or signify it as reverie or maybe fancy.

But this dream is a thing we perspire to have or commit for our progressive future -- our ambition.

 

I also have my own dream -- to become a successful engineer o rmaybe a good performer on stage and sceneries.

 

 

But dreaming is not enough. We need to exert much effort to grip that dreams we are longing.

You must study harder and more serious. Be a studious student enough not to fail to reach what we desire.

Believe in yourself, in your ability.

And by the help of our Lord, surely, we'll be successful ones!

So, what we just need is to be patient and generous enough to have a good life in our near future.

Love your vocation as your vocation will love you, too.

Change: It Starts With Me (?)

All of us can dio something for our country's progress. No one can be called as useless because everyone of us has missions in life. We have our own talents, skills, knowledges that we can use in improving our nation.

Change start with me by my simple ways. How? Well, like other Filipinos, I have also skills, and talents that i can share to my fellow Filipinos. Talents lead to creativeness and entertainments that may foreigners enjoy. I have skills that I can share and teach to other. These are simple things, i know, but it contributes a lot of help.

If everyone are not scared to show and share their own talents, surely, Philippines will be a progressive nation that time and our country will be a beeter one.

My Third Grading Insights

We've again finished our Third Grading Period. During this quarter, there were topics and lessons had discussed as usual that gave a wider knowledge on us.

But behind these knowledges we've learned, there were also obstacles ang challenges we have encountered during this quarter. Challenges like have been unable to understand the other lessons of the subject, not because it was difficult rather, it because we were often to be out because of participating activities done in the school. We found it hard to study with ourselves alone about the lessons in our computer because there were tags we could not identify the use.

But I didn't got by from this obstacle. Perhaps, I did my very best to understand the lessons I've missed. I had some researches just to get information behind the words I could not understand.

Well, moving on, I will study harder to improve my grades, to get it higher, I'll try to attend the class everyday, if there will no activities I need to attend, and I will pass all my requirements that teacher required us to pass.

Christmas is All About Christ

Christmas is the most awaited reason of the year by us, especially by children. Christmas, as an occasion, is when our Lord Jesus Christ was born.

 

Christmas Day! That's the celebration during the month of December. We all know that this occasion is celebrated because of our Savior Jesus Christ. But on this celebration, what could be the essence in celebrating Christmas? Well, as Jesus Christ our Lord, when Mama Mary gave birth on him, from the bible, a bright star has been appeared above from the place where baby Jesus was and that star symbolized LOVE, PEACE and being GOOD to others. Doing GOOD things, as we offer to God, make Him honored and as we also show that we LOVE Him. And all good things we give that coming from our heart is LOVE. Love must be shared and love should be shown to us. There should've be war, there should've be fighting but there must be PEACE on earth. Let's make our world be living in peace. Then, aftyer the bright star appeared above, three kings went there where baby Jesus and the light of the bright star was, having their gifts offering to Him. This also symbolized that we should be GENEROUS enough to help others, not only on material things but more in spiritual help.

As we celebrate this occasion, let's feel that Lord is with us to feel the value and essence of Christmas. Be generous, be loving, and do good.

Filipino Values Month Celebration

This November, the Values Department was the sponsor for the month celebration. They have the theme, "Pagpapatibay sa Pagkataong Pilipino Tugon sa Hamon ng Buhay" where they conducted many activities for the school especially for us students.

There was "Film viewing", where all of us went to library to watch the movie. There was also a group singing with choreography which coined "Sayawit". Our section joined the activity mentioned and we were the 3rd placer. We'd also joined the "Kite Flying Contest" but unfortunately, the kite about to fly when its thread got cut by other participant and our kite got hang on the tree. There were more activities done like "Tagistalino" and "Food Festival" which was held infront of the Values buliding.

In a whole, we enjoyed and we gained a very nice experiences from the activities we've joined and watched. In a win or in a lose, we are still appreciating the celebration of the month.

Second Grading Experiences and Insights

         Another grading period again had been past. We again moving on to another quarter which is our third grading period. 

         Last quarter, second grading period, we had discussed and mastered about TAGS applying in Notepad. About there, we used Tags to format texts, alignments, and others as well as its extension name --- htm. Without it, the tags we'd applied will not be functional. There are so many tags we have learned. By those, they have their own function. For example, the tags "< b >" in the beginning and "< /b >" in the end will format the texts into in the beginning and bold. If you put a word or a group of words between them, the texts you've put will be in bold letters. Just like and "< i >" and "< /i >" tags will also format texts into italics when you've placed words inbetween. Those were only two tags from a lot of tags we can used to format in a Notepad.

          In our next quarter, i know there will be more knowledge for us to learned about computer specifically in programs and internet. I will be more active and be more assiduity to make my grades higher as well in applying those learning i've learned.

"My Teacher, My Hero"

who can tell that a role being a teacher is just like a piece of a cake? who can tell that teachers are only ordinary workers in our society? well, do you know that teaching is hard and complicated job? 

being a teacher, he is oblige to teach his students, we know all that. but teaching is not only a simple thing for some may think. teachers sacrifice most of their time just to teach and make their students intellect. they work hard to accomplished our important requirements like cards, even though they will be able to reach midnight time.

we can consider teachers as our second parents in the reason that they also take care and teach us good morals like our parents do. they are also looking after our mistakes to straight it. they look after to our health, too. and they also provide some of our needs in school when they knew we could not pay for it especially for poor students.

teachers are not only a worker, but they also serve a big person in our life!

Adapting to Diverse Science Culture to the Development

From generation to generation, everything in our world seemed to be perfect and all things made possible because of those improvise science technologies. Each one of us was benefited from these technologies. Technologies that make our life better, more comfortable and easier.

Unlike before, long long and very very long time ago, messaging was too slow. Now, through our cellphones, telephones and computers, we could already talked to persons far apart from us just in clicks of keypads, tell all things we want to tell, conversing clearer and faster or even seeing them most likely talking with them in personal! Before, riding on horses were the main transportation that takes time before reaching the place they go. But now, we could travel and visit places faster and more comfortable. Ride in buses, LRT's just in few hours, from Vigan, you'll be in Manila! That's how our transportation right now. Even household chores that sometimes being avoided by us to do are now easy to accomplished like in washing clothes. Before, we used to hit for how many times our clothes by a flat wood just to eliminate those dirt and many processes to do after this chore be finished. Now, by the help of our washing machine, place the clothes on it and wait for the machine stopped. Take it out, rewash, squeeze and there! Finished! Easy, isn't it?

Now, who deny they were not benefited by science culture? OOPS! well, I'm very sure that all of us will answer, YES!

Filipino Dialect: from Baler to the Entire Phillipines

We Filipinos using more than a hundred of dialects around our country. Because of this, we could not able to understand each other when we're conversing using these different dialects like Visaya, Ilocano, Pampangeno, Bicolano, Ilonggo and the rest.


Sometime in 1898, President Manuel L. Quezon found out that whenever he talks to people using Tagalog, they can't understand him. Because of this, he declared Filipino as our national language. As the time it was declared, it took time for us to learn and study on this dialect. Sooner and later, we already know to used it and served as a very big factor to us in conversing, in his travellings, and in entertaining.. And from this, our solidarity grew stronger and stronger.


As a Filipino citizen, we must give respect and significance to our national language which gives us a very big benefit. We must used and we must teach it to others especially to our "kababayan"..

-- My T.L.E. in our 1st Quarter --

First quarter is almost done. I have learned a lot of things about Internet within this grading. Starting from the history of the internet where it came from, when it introduced, and so on. I have also learned about the Window parts taht gave a big helped in me to know what to do whenever i surf. Like my classmates, I learned to use the Blog that may served as our online diary wherein we can place and encode our daily tasks, activities and experiences in every day. It can be also used as communication through sharing commnets.

But I did not learned those without any obstacle I have encountered. I really needed to used to focus to the t0pics for me to understand the directions or instructions clearly because if not, as if you'll be a lost grass from the plants that you do not know to do in the world of the internet. I, not only me but also with my classmates, had encountered problems wherein we can;t do our activities in the Internet just only for a day. We have only a number of personal computers that there 3 to 4 students in a computer. One more thing is when still we have groupmates that slow movers, that's again a big problem.

From these problems we had encountered/experienced, we used to helped each other and helped our own selves to adjust whenver these happen.

Moving on, I will do my best next quarter to improve my skills and to widen the knowledge i have learned about internet in 1st grading because we know that these things will be very useful now and the other days...

English-Filipino Language

We all know that in Philippines, there are hundreds of languages we are using in eery ither place from the nation. But, one of our former Presidents established that Filipino language would be the national language of our nation philippines. this was establihed for us to understand each other wherever we'll go around Philippines.

Aside from Flipino language we must have to learn, English must also learned. English will help us to communicate foreigners or when we go to other nations.

English language will served as our key to success and Filipino language is our key to progress.

Nutrition Month Celebration

Eating instant foods should be minimized. Replace it
in more nutritious one.

Instant foods, like noodles are not so good as an everyday meal because these maybe killing you softly. Vices like smoking are also bad to our health that may cause severe diseases. Foods added with preservatives may have advantages but notice that these have more disadvantages. These are harmful taht can cause dangerous illnesses thay may serve as a poison in your body.
Vices should be avoided. Smoking, drinking alcohol can also cause several cancers that will destroy your healthy body.

But when avoiding these and minimizing using of these, and replace it from healthy lifestyle, and surely, you can have longer life. You may live happily with your love ones and you can do the things you want to do, serve your family and the Creator as well.
